Internal Development​​​​​​​​​​
- Training workshops for all Directors of Ministry
- Training specifically on evangelism for all members, through orientation and conferences
- Encourage innovative, “out-of-the-box” evangelism tactics (more than stepping and Bible study)
- Conduct In-House ministry at least once per semester, per region
- Regular brotherhood and sisterhood nights in each region to enhance oneness in Alpha Nu Omega, Inc.
- Encourage sharing of evangelism successes and tactics
- Leadership Advance and Convention to enhance the fellowship of leaders and family

 

External Execution​​​​​​​​​​
- National Evangelism Campaign in each region. 
- Each region will be responsible for ensuring that the purpose and the mission of Alpha Nu Omega, Inc. are being propagated through various venues.
- Three community service projects- Per year (for more aggressive chapters and regions - three per semester).
- One national community service project
- Chapters distribute professional letters to campus communities and professional businesses introducing the organization and our intention for the semester or the year.
- Execute the preamble for meeting some needs of our community/campuses

As National Director of Ministries, I plan to further ministry, while holding dear to the integrity of the preamble. This intra-vision is designed to broaden the scope of the ministry of Alpha Nu Omega, Inc. in order to reach more souls while simultaneously being more effective and strategic in approach.

At the core of who we are, ANQ is a ministry that operates in the form of a fraternity and sorority. As such, we have specific plans to enhance and further the ministry of our organization.
